Can I Return My Purchase?
Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at Wild Heart Western meets your high standards or you can return it for a replacement (if available) or refund. Refunds or exchanges may be made for any reason within 15 days of the original purchase date. No refunds will be accepted after 30 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise returned after 15 days of the original purchase date will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Shipping/Handling charges are not refundable. Merchandise must be unworn and unaltered and in original condition with all the original tags still attached. For example, the merchandise must show no signs of wear, contain no scuffs, scratches, dirt or horsehair or have been washed.
Any returned special orders will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. If exchanging an item, include the style number, size and color of the new item. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item.
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
What About Clearance Items, Are They Returnable?
Wild Heart Sale items (or Clearance items) can be exchanged for Wild Heart Western credit or other items. Exchanges and credit only, NO REFUNDS. Shipping charges are not refundable.
What About Jewelery Purchases?
All jewelery purchases are considered final. Exchanges may only be made if an item is defective.
What About Boot Purchases?
Boots may be returned for exchange or refund if all the return requirements are met. Additionally the boots must be unworn and show no signs of wear or scuffs. Boots must be returned in the original box they came in and it too must be in good condition. You must either wrap the boot box in paper or plastic wrap (as they were shipped to you) or placed inside another shipping box. Never attach a shipping label, postage or any other kind of sticker to the boot box. Doing so will cause you to be charged a 25% restocking fee. We have to be able to resell these boots as new and if the box is missing, damaged, or has shipping labels attached we are unable to do that.
Returns and Exchanges Instructions

You must request a Return Authorization # (RA#) before returning any merchandise to Wild Heart Western. To do so call 1-435-753-4686 or email to info@wildheartwestern.com. Items returned without an RA# on the outside of the package will be refused.

Fill out the Wild Heart Western Return & Exchange Form indicating the reason for the return and include it along with your original invoice with your return. If you cannot send your invoice, please include your order number. If you need a copy of the return form click here (pdf file format).

Specify whether you want a return or exchange.

For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item number and description located on the item's Product Information page. Include color and size choices, if applicable.
